Who I am

I am a freelance consultant trading under my own name (Milla Gregor). You can get in touch via the contact form on the homepage.

Your personal data – what is it?
Personal data relates to a living individual who can be identified from that data.
Identification can be by the information alone or in conjunction with any other information in the data controller’s possession or likely to come into such possession. The processing of personal data is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”). I use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To enable me to effectively host events, meetings, workshops and programmes, or to carry out research
  • To administer membership records;
  • To maintain my own accounts and records
  • To inform you of news and events

Examples of how we might use your personal data

If you choose to sign up for the mailing list, that will be managed through Mailchimp. You can see their privacy policy here:

Mailchimp privacy policy: https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/

Subscription preferences may be changed by you at any time, for instance using the ‘unsubscribe’ button in the footer of regular mailings.

If you book a meeting coaching session or other service, a certain amount of personal data may be collected at the time of booking. This is to support your health and safety and the appropriateness of the session. Information is entered either over email or via an online Google form, then downloaded and stored on a hard drive kept at my home.

All information I gather either on paper or through online is treated as confidential and will not be shared with a third party. It is only viewed by the facilitator of the class or service which you have booked (usually me).

My insurance company request that I keep a record of my customer’s data and registrations for seven years after your last session with me.

You may, of course, decline to submit personally identifiable information, in which case I may not be able to provide certain services to you.

What is the legal basis for processing your personal data?
Explicit consent of the data subject so that we can keep you informed about news, events, activities and services and keep you informed about events.

Processing is necessary for carrying out legal obligations in relation to hosting events, accounting, employment, social security or social protection law, or a collective agreement.

There is no disclosure to a third party without your consent.

Not sharing your personal data
Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be shared with employees or volunteers, or organisations working in partnership to offer events and services with me or in connection with my services. I will only share your data with other third parties with your consent.

Further processing
If I wish to use your personal data for a new purpose, not covered by this Data Protection Notice, then we will provide you with a new notice explaining this new use prior to commencing the processing and setting out the relevant purposes and processing conditions. Where and whenever necessary, we will seek your prior consent to the new processing.
