Services

I provide consultancy to organisations, working alongside people to improve how information is gathered and used. This can be balanced more towards the ‘doing for’ (traditional consultancy) or the ‘doing with/ critical friend’ (learning partner) styles, depending on your preference.

I also offer training, facilitation and coaching as stand-alone services or as part of a wider programme. We can work at every stage of the learning cycle – from planning and implementation to evaluation and reflection.

Commonly, I work with people to develop:

* A theory of change

* Information collection tools such as questionnaires

* Ways to store and manage information such as databases or CRM systems

* Good use of data for learning and external sharing, including visual approaches and infographics

I can also work with organisations to design and carry out evaluation (or self-evaluation) reports. Where possible, I weave learning and capacity-building throughout all projects, so that skills and confidence can be built along the way.

You can find out more about my work here, and on my Linked In page. I also support people who want to stay well while they change the world, or who are done with feeling overwhelmed. If you’re interested in this side of my work, please head on over to movementforchange.co.uk.

‘Milla was really friendly and helpful, listening to what we needed and adding thoughtful suggestions. She included us all equally.’

Getting started

If you’d like to work together, please get in touch directly using the contact form, telling me a little bit about any challenges and what you’re interested in developing. After that, the process usually goes like this:

* An initial call (free) to find out more about one another and share ideas

* If we decide to go ahead, I’ll write a short outline of the work with a full modular costing, based on our discussion

* If we agree, we start working together

* Simple as that!
